Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations & Maintenance

Environmental Consulting:

Indoor Air Quality Assessment/Testing 
A successful Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) surveillance plan is essential for healthy and safe workplaces; yet it is costly to sample all air pollutants of the entire facility. SAGC services utilize state of the art technology to provide testing and remediation planning to indoor air quality problems effectively and within acceptable budgets. We have a network of industrial experts in the field that will optimize testing, maintenance and management. 

Mold Assessment & Remediation
Studies show that people who are sensitive to mold will increase allergies and asthma reactions or compromise the immune system and increase health risk to inflammatory and toxic responses to mold spores, metabolites and other components. SAGC provide mold inspection, sampling and remediation services according to strict professional standards. Our network experts have the specific training and experience to assess mold growth, determine its toxicity, and develop a safe and effective mold cleanup and remediation plan.     

Building Water Safety Plan inspections
SAGC’s water safety partner applies scientific expertise and technological solutions to quality and risk management in:

Lead Paint Inspections (Assessment) 
Buildings constructed prior to 1978 are at risk of containing lead-based paint. LBP inspections are necessary at these facilities when peeling or damaged paint is identified, or when these facilities are occupied by children as they are the most sensitive to lead poisoning by airborne exposure or direct ingestion. SAGC’s inspectors and Risk Assessors will provide visual assessments of the building condition, conduct sampling and provide design recommendations to eliminate the presence of lead components. 

Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I,II ) 
SAGC has experience in conducting ESA Phase I and II reports on properties for commercial real estate transactions, lender financing, owner re-financing, foreclosures, and other programs. We specialize in fast completion, quality assessments, and competitive cost while meeting the requirements for the ASTM E1527-13 standards and the All Appropriate Inquiry Rule (AAI) 40 CFR Part 312 rule. 

Contamination Assessment/Remediation
